Oslo BAR. 53

This has been far too long inbetween blog posts. And noticed all the photos are so small, it hasnt been too easy uploading and keeping things on the go just with ipad. Been mostly working, but then again you will get a lot a post updates from now on.  This was a commission in a bar in Oslo, Norway. Schweigaards gate, 53.

The next post will hopefully be more elaborate, and will try add some inspiration I find around aswell. Along with daily shots of random life.
#Patience is key, it has definitley been testing me.
Mucho Love Z

My friend Guro came down and helped me get some process shots that day, thank you G!

Golden Child Hackney Rd

Dalston, Ridley Road market Shutter

Got a hidden shutter with Art Under The Hood, in a carpark on Hackney Road, near Shoreditch Church and Tesco.

Mayan Cre8 Gallery

Cre8 Gallery Hackney Wick.
They had a shivering Zina painting 1 Dec in the backYard. It was all this doomsday prophecy that occur every other bluemoon. Anyways, thought I paint something for the occasion, so this Mayan 'making a wish' for the new year. I added the Mayan calendar as an earring, in case someone might miss the picture..

Here's some winter pictures from Norway, winter 2012. It was nothing close to it this year unfortunately. Do like a bit of coldness, just not when painting.

Rasta Blackpool

Sand Sea And Spray Urban paint festival,
Blackpool, June 2012

It will be a quick post update from the last year or so, when the computer has agreed to work with me I might write a bit more on each. For now, quick re cap on events since the last Jamaica posts. Then also sort out the gallery for you. Check out my Facebook for most recent spraypaintings, follow my insta for all and anything random in Zina world. Twitter too @illuzina for news updates. My Behance and Flickr should have a better overview on most of my work too!
Thanks for dropping by again, appologise for leaving you for so long! Much Luv Z

Smirk Canvas Commission

 Commission from West Bank Gallery
Here some pics from the process, and building a 6ft x 6ft canvas. Next time I get something already made and ready to go. A neighbor of West Bank Gallery spotted the piece I did outside there, and fell in love with it. I hope they found a big wall to put it on.
 X marks the spot.
Stretching canvas with staples, then with some drying paint strokes.
Some cans of 94s, and will stack up with enough caps next time too.
Saw some kind of animal wanting to come out of my painted strokes there, what kind of paint is this?!
 A total studio cover up!
I had to clean and dust from top of the shelves, and to hoover the floor, mission!

Pretty close to the last one I did of it at the InsideOutViceVersa show.
Finally Done, Ferdig, Finale, Finito, Terminado!

Canvas is hanged and decorated with a splash of paint.
